- To request return permission, send an email to [email protected] with your order number. We would send you a pre-paid return shipping label if we shipped you the incorrect merchandise. In all other circumstances, the customer is responsible for return shipping and may use any carrier of his or her choosing to return the goods.
- After 30 days from the date of delivery, we do not accept any returns.
- If you suspect your product was damaged during shipping, you must register a claim within five days of delivery. The route usually responds within 24 hours and offers a refund or a replacement for the damaged items.
- Please contact Buykratomshop as soon as possible to cancel an order. If your order has not yet been delivered, we will make every effort to cancel it and notify you within 24 hours. If your order has already arrived, we will reimburse your payment as soon as we receive and process the item(s) back from you or as soon as we get an email with images of the contents being returned and the tracking number of your return shipment.
- To return your item, simply contact Buykratomshop to place a new order and obtain a return authorization. Please note that unless the original item was defective or damaged during shipping, the client is liable for return shipping.
- Buykratomshop exclusively refunds goods prices and does not reimburse shipping or insurance charges.
Return Policy for Open Bags
Please keep in mind that open products have a different return policy than new products. Refunds are not available for products that have been opened. Open packages must be returned to our warehouse in their original packing and at the customer’s expense to be eligible for a return/exchange.
