30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for a standard return.

- ✓Unopened kratom extract shots & tablets
- ✓Defective or damaged products (opened or not)
- ✓Wrong item shipped (our error)
Not Eligible
- ✕Opened or partially used products
- ✕Disposable vapes (health & safety regulations)
- ✕Products returned after 30 days
- ✕Items damaged by the customer
- ✕Products purchased from other retailers
How to Start a Return
Contact Us
Email support@buykratomshop.com or message us on Telegram @XBT786 with your order number and reason for return.
Get Approved
We'll review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1 business day. Do not ship items back without an RA number.
Ship the Item Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided with your RA number. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Need a different strain or size? We offer exchanges on unopened products within the 30-day return window. Contact us with your order number and what you’d like instead, and we’ll coordinate the swap. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match its description, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, including the original shipping charge. Please include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us to expedite the process.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- •Credit/Debit Card: Refund appears in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- •Cryptocurrency: Refunded at the current USD equivalent at the time of refund processing, sent to the originating wallet address.
- •CashApp: Refunded directly to your CashApp account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel an order? If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible at support@buykratomshop.com or message us on Telegram @XBT786. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled — you’ll need to follow the return process above.
